MARTYN PUGH (b.1951)
Martyn Pugh was born in Birmingham, graduating from Birmingham Polytechnic in 1976, before going on to establish a his workshop in Worcestershire, where he works to commission and designs both silverware and jewellery collections which are sold worldwide.
Recent commissions include; snooker and racing trophies for Guinness plc, chalice and paten for St Mary’s D’Abernon, the ceremonial mace for the University of Hertfordshire and cutlery for the Sheffield Millennium Collection. Martyn Pugh’s work is also represented in the Goldsmiths’ Company Modern Plate Collection.
